How many of the top 10 cuisines in the world have you eaten

Recently, the media selected the top 10 cuisines in the world. Let’s have a look.1. Thai Mashavin Curry.Mashavin Curry is known as the King of curry, but it should also be the king of food. Combining spicy, coconuty, sweet and salty flavors, the Mashavin curry has more to offer than a Thai election. Even a Mashavin curry from the supermarket can produce the flavor of Michelin’s. Thank goodness someone invented rice, because it takes the last drop of curry sauce to eat.” The “Land of Smiles” isn’t just a slogan. That’s because every street corner in this land sells some of the most delicious food in the world.

2. Naples Pizza, Italy.

We’re not talking about chain store ugliness, and dough that always wants to “put everything on”. The best pizza, then and now, is still the simple Neapolitan pizza. The invention is now protected by its trade association. They use a variety of quality-monitoring methods, such as sticking to sea salt, high-grade flour, three types of fresh tomatoes, hand-rolled flatbread and strict wood-carbon stoves. The ingredients for Neapolitan pizza are simple: dough, tomato, olive oil, salt, basil seasoning (Marinara pizza doesn’t even have cheese). Although few people can make authentic Neapolitan pizza, almost everyone loves it.

3. Mexican chocolate.

The Mayans drank chocolate as a drink, Lesse Holstorm made a movie about chocolate, and we stopped beating ourselves up about it and ate more of it. From humble beginnings, cacao beans have made their way into our lives. What a culinary miracle! Without this silky, bittersweet dessert, Valentine’s Day would be all cards and flowers, and Easter would be just another boring religious holiday. On a normal day, if you replace the strawberry filling in pink Street chocolate with salt and feed it to your dog, expect the dog to spit it out. It’s quite an interesting scene to think about.

4. Japanese Sushi.

When the Japanese want to make something good, they do it exceptionally well. They created famous brands like Toyota, Nintendo, SONY, Nikon and Yamaha, and the inspiration for creating these brands was as simple as making gourmet food out of raw fish and rice. But the simple combination of fish and rice has made it the number one first date dish for couples around the world. It’s not for nothing that the Japanese live a long life, because they’re always willing to eat sushi.

5. Peking Duck.

The secret of Peking duck’s appeal to diners is its sweet and shiny crispy skin. The roast duck is slowly turned over in the oven to produce a sweet, succulent crispy skin. Authentic diners eat more skin and less meat, wrapped in small pancakes and served with scallions and hoisin sauce or sweet flour sauce. If your duck isn’t flying or floating, that’s the only thing you want it to do.

6. Hamburg, Germany.

When something tastes so good that people spend $20 billion a year at one of its specialty restaurant chains, you know why it’s on this list. McDonald’s may not be able to serve up the best burger, but that’s not the point. It doesn’t have to. It’s a classic combination of bread, beef and salad, with countries scrambling to destroy ecosystems in order to raise more cattle.

7. Penang Asam Laksa Soup, Malaysia.

Boiled and sliced mackerel, tamarind, chili, mint, lemongrass, onion, pineapple…… Malaysia’s favorite dish is a spicy and sour fish marinated in a noodle soup (shredded ginger is added for a better taste) that’s so rich it’s tempting to smell it before you even taste it.

8. Thai Tom Yam Goong Soup.

This iconic Thai dish is made with shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes, lemongrass, galangal and lemon leaves, often with coconut milk and cream. It combines many of the most beloved Thai flavors: sour, salty, spicy and sweet. But the best part is the cheap price.

9. American Ice Cream.

You might choke on your throat, but there’s always room for that tooth-melting American ice cream topped with nuts, marshmallows and a sprinkling of chocolate syrup. Thank God we also have extended spoons with which you can mix all these fattening things together and melt them at the bottom of the glass.

10. Gabon Chicken Mamba.

There’s a Western version of this Gabonese dish where everything is dipped in peanut butter. This is crazy! A proper diet of chicken, chili, garlic, tomatoes, pepper, salt, okra, palm oil, and a rich, caloric African butter will leave you craving and pledging to start working out.
